Next, you will put your concentrate on the nail’s surface and slowly inhale the vapor. A dab will require a slow and long inhale, unlike a typical bong hit. The reason you want to take your time is that the majority of the concentrate does not vaporize right away.
Step 4
While you are inhaling you might want to place a carb cap on the banger or on the nail. This cap will act like an oven and will trap all of the heat inside the nail. Trapping the heat, in turn, will help you get the most out of your dabbing experience.
Once you are ready to clear all of the vapor out of the dab rig, lift the carb cap. Make sure that you exhale the vapor you inhaled right away.
Step 5
Last but not least, you want to give your nail a good cleaning. The last thing you want is for the residue to build up and change the flavor of your cannabis. Give the nail some time to cool down before you wipe it clean with a cotton swab.
