For instance, you could be disorganized, but you ensure that you keep a checklist to monitor yourself.

You could say, for instance, you have good communication skills and can talk confidently to strangers on the phone. Or, you’re a friendly persona and get along easily with people.

  1. Are you comfortable working at night? 

A large part of the BPO industry in India offers services to offshore clients in countries like the US, Canada, Australia, UK, and Europe. This requires BPO professionals to work during the night, while it’s still noon at the client’s country. BPO service providers offer cab services for all employees who work at night. Answer yes or no, based on your convenience. There’s no point in lying and despise working at night.
